Double-Time Errands & Concierge Services' offers a flat rate or the choice of purchasing one of our convenient membership packages outlined below. In an effort to get to know our Clients and their needs on an individual basis, please call Wendy for a rate quote. Please see DTE's policies for general questions.

Concierge Services are defined as: Services that can be done from the comfort of a desk via telephone, fax, e-mail and the Internet. This does not include extensive travel arrangements or extensive Internet research.
Personal Assistance (or errand services) are defined as: Services that require someone to leave their desk, get into their car and go out and do something for someone. This also includes extensive travel arrangements or extensive Internet research.

Services are billed by the hour not by the task. Service hours are calculated using the starting time from the point of leaving Client's home or business to destination(s) and back to Client's home or business. If services are requested by telephone or e-mail, then the time begins from DTE's place of business in Pittsburg and ends as such.
DTE's area of service includes Pittsburg, Gilmer and Mt. Pleasant. Services which require more than 40 miles may be charged at .50 cents per mile for every mile over 40 miles.
Rates reflect charges for services rendered by DTE and do not include charges for outside vendor services or merchandise purchased to complete request.
Last minute services (less than 24 hours notice) may be scheduled with an additional $15 fee for making the necessary scheduling changes.
Hourly rate service payments are made at delivery of services. Packages are paid in advance. We accept cash, checks and money orders payable to Double-Time Errands & Concierge Services. Credit card payments are accepted through Pay Pal from this web-site.
There is a $30.00 fee on all returned checks.
Requests that put others in danger, are illegal or questionable will be denied.
Errands are ran from 8:30-5:00, Monday through Friday. Errands needing to be ran out of these hours may be accessed an extra $10.00 per hour fee.
Please note that DTE will keep all client information confidential and will not share it with any third party, unless requested by the client.
Cancellation for services must be made more than 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than a 24 hour notice may be accessed a fee equal to one hour of service.
Double-Time Errands & Concierge Services is fully insured.
Double-Time Errands & Concierge Services does not transport people but will transport pets.
Due to conscience matters, Double-Time Errands & Concierge Services reserves the right to refuse errands or concierge work involving holidays.












Membership Packages, Concierge Accounts
Membership Packages may be purchased monthly, semi-annually, or annually but must be paid in advance. If purchased semi-annually or annually, then a Service Agreement must be signed. Payment can be made by check, money order or credit card through Pay Pal. Once paid, Client can call or e-mail requests and DTE will deduct appropriate rates from the deposited amount. Confirmation of such will be made by invoice or through e-mail. In some cases, costs of merchandise can be paid for by DTE as well, (up to $300.00) and then reimbursed by check, cash, money order or credit card through Pay Pal on this web-site. Reimbursements must be made at time of delivery, however. If agreed upon, DTE may use Client's credit card for purchase of Client's merchandise once an authorization is signed. Client may also purchase a Gift Card for merchandise to be purchased by DTE.
Concierge Account may be set up as well. In this account, the Client deposits a set amount of money which would cover the cost of DTE's rates and also the cost of merchandise purchased. A detailed statement along with receipts will be sent to client for verification of the status of the account. This is perfect for Clients who live elsewhere or travel often.
